CaRDI Publications

CaRDI publications are designed to provide our readers with research-based information to help foster dialogue at the local, regional and state-level,  and to inform public and private decision-making around critical community and economic development issues.  Our publications are written by University faculty, state agency representatives, CCE Educators and others, and edited by Robin Blakely, CaRDI Senior Extension Associate.

We currently publish three different products on a regular basis:  The New York Minute, the Research & Policy Brief Series, and CaRDI Reports.

The New York Minute (formerly the Rural NY Minute) and the Research & Policy Brief  are one- and two-page overviews, respectively, of research and outreach on important and emerging community and economic development issues.   These two publications are released in alternating months.

CaRDI Reports is released periodically and is a longer report on various community development topics.

All CaRDI publications are available at www.cardi.cornell.edu.  These publications are free for public reproduction with proper accreditation. For questions and comments about the CaRDI publications, please contact  Robin Blakely at rmb18@cornell.edu
